What are you working towards?

Coaching (specifically mindset coaching) is a process of structured conversations that achieve clarity, focus and a shift in thinking. Sessions typically last between one to two hours (in person, via Skype, or over the phone), every one to two months, for as long as is needed.

The value of coaching is that it is entirely focused on what you as the coachee wishes to achieve.

Perhaps you're thinking of making a change and are not sure how to start. Perhaps you have an important decision to make and need to just 'step out' of the noise of your day to day life for a while to make it. Maybe you want to make a change in your lifestyle and need to find the motivation to stick with it.

Mindset Coaching is about finding clarity, identifying solutions, and taking action. Without this, it would just be a nice conversation.

The actions you will identify in a coaching conversation are more profound than surface level advice you may have been given before. This is because you will realise them yourself, in your own terms, at your own pace. And once you have - they are yours, which is why the solutions stick.

It is also for this reason that the changes will permeate your whole world, and improve everything in your world, long term.

After all - all the advice in the world is not match for your own realisation.
